Is your best self waiting for an OK? OK to shine, to be brilliant. Maybe if you sand the edges, does it make it more possible, plausible to be you. Waiting for approval, or being something other than who you are is a disservice to those around you. Truth is a compass to navigate the world. What happens when you get data that isn’t correct, you go off course, or you end up maybe in the right place but because of the wrong data you incorrectly attribute it thus it isn’t repeatable and now what you learnt is actually holding you back in the future. Feeding data to others, and especially yourself that isn’t true is a recipe for outcomes you’re not expecting. Approving your own actions allows you to be more aligned with where you want to go, both for yourself and others.
